NOTE :  A valid credit card (Visa or Master Card) or a 50% cash deposit is require to hold all reservations. CANCELLATIONS must be made 10 days prior to arrival date for a full refund.  Reservations made less then 10 days prior to arrival date, we will do our best to re-book your cabin, if this is not possible you will be charge the full amount. No refunds will be made for early departure and inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation.
  
Cabin rental rates per night for two adults - weekend 2 nights min., holidays 3 nights min. :

     -Sunday-Thursday $85.00             -Friday-Saturday & holidays $115.00
     -Extra adult $10.00/night                -Day guests $5.00/person

• Maximum occupancy per cabin is 5 people.  Please keep day visitors to a maximum of 4.  One car in front of each cabin, others must park up the hill.  PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON THE GRASS.   Day visitors hours are 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM
• Pets are allowed with a one time charge of $15.00 per pet.  Pets must be on a leash or under control as not to disturb other guests.  We ask that you please clean up after your pets.  Please keep pets off the beds or bring their own blankets, if not an extra $10.00 cleaning fee will be added to you account.
• Charges may be made added to your bill for any missing or damaged items, such as broken appliances, missing and/or damaged/misused towels, torn linens, etc. Remember that towels are for your use after taking a shower or washing your hands only.
• Children must ALWAYS be supervised by adults/parents
• Cabin and RV renters are responsible for keeping their area clean
• Please no loud music, be respectful to other guests
• No discharging of firearms
• Please DO NOT  CLEAN FISH IN CABINS and do not leave fish discards in trash cans
• NO DIVING OFF FISHING DOCKS
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS outside the cabins, please use can or plastic

Cabins should be left in a decent condition, countertops and sinks are to be left clean.  Please discard leftover food perishables.

CHECK IN TIME 3:00 P.M. - CHECK OUT TIME 12:00 P.M.
