A valid credit card or a 50% cash deposit is require to hold all reservations. CANCELLATIONS must be made 10 days prior to arrival date for a full refund.  No refunds will be made for early departure and inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation.

ALL CASH & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS  MUST BE DONE UPON ARRIVAL
A 3% transaction fee will be added to credit card charges.

RATES are for 2 adults/night, extra adults over 12 yrs of age is $10.00/person per night, a one time charge of $5.00 for 12 yrs and under for up to 3 kids

Sunday-Thursday rate is $85.00/night for 2 nights or more, Friday, Saturday & holidays $115.00/night

Day guests $7.00/person 9:30am-9:00pm - You are responsible for your day guests and they must pay and sign our guest book upon arrival. Please keep day guests to a max. of four. 
 
PARKING - one car in front of each cabin as to not block your neighbors view to the lake. NO DRIVING/PARKING ON THE GRASS. 
 
PETS - are allowed with a one time charge of $15.00 per pet.  Pets must be on a leash and under control.  Please clean up after your pets and keep pets OFF THE BEDS, bring their own blanket/bed
 
TOWELS - more then 3 nights stay we will provide clean towels on request once your dirty towels have been returned.
 
CHARGES for replacement cost may be added to your bill for missing or damaged items, such as broken appliances, missing and/or damaged/misused linens and furniture.
 
FIREWOOD is available on our property for a minimum cost.

• Cabins/RV should be left as clean as possible, keep your area clean
• Do not use bathroom towels for cleaning purposes or as beach towels
• Please don’t leave trash outside if not in container
• Children must ALWAYS be supervised by adults/parents
• Please no loud music, be respectful to other guests
• Please DON’T CLEAN FISH IN CABINS, NO fish discards in trash cans
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS outside the cabins - kids like to run barefoot
• Please discard leftover food perishables before leaving
• Fire pits should not be left unattended
